I then noticed the effect ... very good ... then I practiced every day for a month ... and then abandoned it .... since then, that videotape has been lying around gathering dust somewhere, and now, after giving birth (almost 15 years have passed since that time), I was sitting thinking about how to lose weight and get in shape ... now there is no time for the gym with the baby ... and suddenly I remembered about this program, since now the Internet is already freely available in the world for mere mortals))) I quickly found that program - it was nice to restore exercise after exercise in my memory ....
