With Oksana Kondakova

FROM Oksana Kondakova Eugene broke up, according to rumors, in 2013. The girl was born in the same way as Eugene, from Magnitogorsk, was 4 years older than him. Before meeting with the hockey player, the bright blonde was already married to an entrepreneur. They say she divorced him precisely because of Malkin. Malkin's mother did not like the girl, she considered her son's girlfriend selfish. When she entered the Ostankino Institute of Television and Broadcasting, Eugene bought an apartment in Moscow for a friend. Today Kondakova declares that she has a new life and she is not interested in who Malkin is with now.

It was said that in 2012, Eugene began a romantic relationship with Maria Kozhevnikova. At that time, the star of the series "Univer" radically changed her role - she became a deputy of the State Duma. The actress is a passionate football fan. Together with Maria, they were at the MUZ-TV Award show, they went on stage holding hands. To the question of the host of the show, Maxim Galkin, “Why are you together?” Maria replied: "We are friends."

After watching a video of the Pittsburgh Penguins cooking show hosted by Alyona, the daughter of the legendary Igor Larionov, who lives in the USA and works for the Pittsburgh Penguins, Malkin's fans immediately suspected them of a "relationship." (On page 3 of the video where Alena and Evgeny are baking pies.)

After the end of the hockey season in June 2012, the hockey player flew on vacation to the Maldives not alone, but with the host of the Russia 2 TV channel Anna Kasterova. The girl is 29 years old. Together they lived on one of the islands in a bungalow, sunbathed, fished on a yacht, swam, drank sparkling wine.

Evgeni Malkin is a hockey player known on both sides of the Atlantic. Experts and ordinary fans admire his game, coaches in any team always give him leading roles. Sometimes, it seems that Malkin was born to play hockey. His way up was not thorny and difficult - excitement, fire and hockey intuition were literally in his blood. Everything was given to him, because ice was his native element. Moving forward, Eugene constantly moved towards perfection in order to one day reach truly amazing heights.

The early years and early career of Evgeni Malkin

Eugene was born in distant Magnitogorsk - a city where hockey was a real religion. The father of the future NHL star, Vladimir Malkin, was also a professional hockey player in the past. And because the fate of the star forward, it seems, was determined from the first days.

According to the player's parents, Evgeni Malkin's first appearance on the ice took place when he was only ... three years old. The young star's first coach was his own father. After that there was a school of the Magnitogorsk Metallurgist. Yuri Tukaserov became the first coach of the player, however, from the age of eight, Malkin began to work with another mentor, Sergei Vitman.

It is noteworthy that not all experts noted the playing qualities of a hockey player. At the age of fifteen, Evgeni Malkin did not get into the youth team of the Ural region. And after that, he also remained behind a number of local competitions.

Evgeni Malkin FIGHT

However, hard work and innate talent did their job. Eugene worked hard, often staying on the ice, even after training was over. And already in 2004, the hockey player went to Belarus as part of the youth team of Russia. The team returned from Minsk with gold medals. And soon after the junior championship was followed by a tournament at the level of "juniors".

It is worth noting that in the youth team of that convocation, Malkin was the youngest player. Together with his teammates, the player was noted at three world championships, in which he twice became the owner of silver medals.

Evgeni Malkin's adult career

Being a graduate of the Magnitogorsk Metallurgist, in 2003 the forward made his debut as part of the "first" team of the club. On the twelfth of September of the same year, Evgeny first appeared on the ice in the Major League of the Russian Championship. Three months later, in a match against Yaroslavl Lokomotiv, Evgeny scored his first goal. It is noteworthy that in that meeting the player made a double.

In his first season, Malkin was voted the club's best debutant. In the 2005/2006 season, the young striker won the Golden Slam - the prize for the best central striker. Thus, in a record short time, Evgeny not only established himself in one of the strongest clubs in Russia, but also became one of its leaders.

In total, Malkin spent three seasons as part of Metallurg. In the period from 2003 to 2006, the player tried on the silver and bronze medals of the Russian Championship. Looking ahead a little, we note that Malkin will still return to his native club - in the 2012/2013 season, during the lockout in the NHL, the hockey player will score in 37 games for the Ural team and put a fantastic 65 points in his piggy bank on the "goal + pass" system.

Evgeni Malkin's escape to the NHL

Being one of the leaders of the Magnitogorsk Metallurgist, Malkin began to be regularly called up to the national team. His successes were now celebrated at the international level. They treated him well in his own club. However, in 2006, during the off-season tournament for the Tampere Cup, the striker suddenly disappeared from the team's location. It soon became known that Malkin signed a contract with the NHL club Pittsburgh Penguins.

The case had a great resonance. Following Metallurg's complaint, the Russian Ice Hockey Federation banned Malkin from playing in any hockey clubs until the dispute was settled. However, the New York state court sided with the hockey player, and already on September 20, 2006, the forward went on the ice as part of a new club.

Evgeni Malkin's personal life

Malkin's personal life, like his hockey career, is highly controversial. Even in his youth, Eugene for a long time met with a simple student from Magnitogorsk, about whom very little is known. The girl constantly hid from cameras and did not give interviews. She was clearly not interested in public life, and therefore, soon their union with the famous hockey player broke up.

The next chosen one of the forward was Oksana Kondakova, a girl who seemed to be very happy with the fame of her chosen one. Two young people met in Magnitogorsk. Oksana is four years older than Evgeny and has already been married. Moreover, for his former boss. Due to the frequent betrayals of Kondakova, their marriage with a businessman broke up, and soon she found herself a new fiancé - Evgeni Malkin.

Soon the couple moved to Moscow. The hockey player bought his girlfriend a luxurious apartment and arranged for one of the local institutes. At all public events, the couple always appeared together. And therefore, very soon, rumors about an allegedly upcoming wedding began to appear in the press.

However, the groom's parents were against the son's marriage. Some time later, Malkin broke up with Kondakova.

“I won’t exaggerate if I say that Zhenya was already born a hockey player. He immediately began to succeed, already at the age of five the coach set him as an example, he was always the team captain. Only in childhood Zhenya was not tall, but by the age of 16 he had grown a lot. Zhenya really wanted to play in the match against CSKA Moscow when they arrived in Magnitogorsk. And when he was released on the ice during the game, he was somewhat shocked by this and at the same time full of anger, he wanted to establish himself in the main team, but he did not calculate his strength ... He spent a month at home.

From childhood, Malkin's idols were Igor Larionov, the Koreshkov brothers, Pavel Datsyuk. However, "at the age of 18, he said that he wanted to be like only himself," Evgeny's father recalled.

In 2006, the hockey player was at the center of a high-profile scandal.

Escape of Evgeni Malkin from Metallurg to the NHL:

In 2006, during Metallurg's trip to the traditional off-season Tampere Cup tournament, Malkin left the team upon arrival in Helsinki and set off to pursue his dream of playing in the NHL.

The chronology of events is as follows.

August 7, 2006 On the night from Sunday to Monday, Metallurg's management signed a one-year contract with Malkin, despite his desire to go overseas. Club President Viktor Rashnikov managed to persuade the hockey player and his agent to spend another year in the Russian Super League. Malkin's previous contract (until April 30, 2008) was canceled, and under the terms of the new agreement, the striker was to become a free agent on May 1, 2007.

On August 8, Malkin's agent J.P. Barry said that, despite the agreement signed the day before, he would still try to take the hockey player overseas. “Evgeny wants to play in the NHL. We will discuss his future with him and make the best decision for his career,” Barry said.

On August 13, the hockey player left the Magnitogorsk training camp with things and a foreign passport, in which an American visa with an open date was stamped. It happened in Finland, where the club arrived for the pre-season training camp.

The management of Metallurg stated that it would sue. The hockey player himself sent a letter of resignation to Metallurg, but the general director of Metallurg, Gennady Velichkin, called the letter of resignation sent on behalf of the hockey player a “gross fake”.

On September 5, 2006, Evgeni Malkin signed a contract with "Pittsburgh Penguins". The details of the agreement were not disclosed, but the base salary of the hockey player in accordance with the collective agreement of the NHL and the players' union cannot exceed $984.2 thousand (including all bonuses, this figure could triple).

Further, the Arbitration of the Russian Hockey Federation banned Evgeni Malkin from playing for Russian and foreign clubs until the contractual relationship with Metallurg was settled. However, on November 16, 2006, the Federal Court of the State of New York dismissed the claim of Metallurg Magnitogorsk, which demanded that Evgeni Malkin be banned from playing for Pittsburgh.

Evgeni Malkin in the Pittsburgh Penguins:

In the very first exhibition match on September 20, 2006 against the Philadelphia Flyers, Malkin made an assist in the first period in the 2nd minute, after which Sergei Gonchar scored. However, at the very beginning of the second period, after a collision with his own partner John Leclerc, he fell unsuccessfully and injured his shoulder. Fortunately for the player, the injury was not so serious, and the hockey player missed only four Pittsburgh opening games in the 2006/2007 season.

He made his debut in the NHL on October 19, 2006 on the Mellon Arena's home ice for the Penguins in a match against the New Jersey Devils. After spending 18 minutes 15 seconds on the court and inflicting two shots on the opponent's goal, he managed to distinguish himself at 38 minutes 38 seconds of the game from Ryan Whitney and Mark Recchi's passes.

Pittsburgh made it to the playoffs for the first time since 2001. The Penguins lost 4-1 in the first round of the Stanley Cup against the Ottawa Senators. Malkin scored 4 points in five matches. At the end of the season Evgeni Malkin received the Calder Trophy.

The Russian hockey player was able to very successfully replace Sidney Crosby during his absence due to injury, thanks to which he got to his first All-Star Game.

In January, after the match with Washington, Malkin accused Alexander Ovechkin of being too hard on him and of trying to intentionally inflict injury. The players exchanged reproaches to each other through the press, thereby fueling interest in the conflict. And during the matches of their teams with each other, attention was constantly focused on the players.

A year later, Malkin signed a five-year contract with the Penguins for a total of $43.5 million.

The regular season of the 2008/2009 season is played unevenly, however, thanks to a change in coach, the Penguins advance from fifth place to the playoffs. For Malkin himself, this season was the best in his career. In the regular season, he won the scorer race with 113 points and received the Art Ross Trophy. He gets into the starting five for the all-star match, wins the competition for the accuracy of the throw. Also on that stellar weekend, he reconciled with Alexander Ovechkin.

In 2009, he won the Stanley Cup with the Pittsburgh Penguins.

The 2010/2011 season for Malkin was the most unsuccessful in the NHL. After playing just 43 games, Evgeny was forced to miss the remainder of the regular season and the playoffs due to a severe right knee injury.

But in the 2011/2012 season, he became the league's top scorer with 109 points and for the first time in his career overcame the milestone of 50 goals scored in the regular season. At the end of the season, he received the Art Ross Trophy, Hart Trophy, Ted Lindsay Award.

In Turin, the center forward acted in conjunction with Maxim Sushinsky and Alexander Kharitonov and was not only the best in his line, but also one of the leaders of the team. At the end of the quarter-final match against Canada (2:0), Evgeny hit the Canadian striker Vincent Lecavalier with his skate, received a match penalty and missed the semi-final with Finland (0:4). As a result, the Russians were left without medals, and Malkin scored 6 points (2 + 4) in six games.

In 2004, the forward was drafted by the NHL club "Pittsburgh Penguins" under the general second number. It was planned that he would start his overseas career in the fall of 2006, and yet, in the dark hours of August 6-7, Malkin signed a freshly baked contract with Metallurg, under the terms of which he remained a player in the Ural team until April 30, 2007.

Malkin flew with Metallurg to a training camp in Finland, but on August 12 he secretly left the team at Helsinki airport. A few days later, the striker showed up in Los Angeles and began to independently prepare for the season in the NHL. The Russian region began the fight for the hockey player, but on September 5, Malkin signed a contract with Pittsburgh.

His debut for the newly minted club took place on September 20 in an exhibition match with Philadelphia. On April 21, Malkin flew to Moscow to participate in the World Championship. At the 2007 World Cup, the center forward played on the same line with Alexander Frolov and Ilya Kovalchuk and was one of the leaders of the Russian team. In nine matches of the tournament, Malkin scored ten points (five goals plus five assists) and, according to a survey of journalists, was included in the symbolic team of the championship.

At the 2007 World Cup, the Russian team took third place, having suffered the only defeat in the semifinal match against Finland (1:2 in overtime). The game of the team received a passion for how many flattering ratings, and one of the decorations of the tournament was Malkin's goal against the Czechs in the 1/4 final match (4:0), held on May 9.

On January 18, 2008, Pittsburgh team captain Sidney Crosby suffered an ankle sprain during a 2007–08 regular season game. The striker's injury turned out to be serious, and he was out for 21 matches. According to some experts, the Canadian injury could help Malkin to retrain from "permanent second" to the charismatic leader of the team.

Indeed, without Crosby, the Penguins have won 13 of their 23 meetings. Malkin, coming out of the shadow of the Canadian center forward, scored 17 goals and gave 23 assists in matches without a captain. Russian experts also noted that the pupil of the Magnitogorsk hockey school has noticeably improved in technique and performance during the period of Crosby's absence from the team.

On January 22, 2008, Malkin was selected to the NHL All-Star Game to replace the injured Sidney Crosby. He was included in the Eastern Division team along with his teammates Russian Sergey Gonchar and Canadian Jordan Staal. On January 27, the Eastern team defeated the Western Division team with a score of 8:7.

According to the results of the regular season-2007/08, the striker scored 106 points (47 goals and 56 assists). Malkin's team finished second in the Atlantic Conference and advanced to the Stanley Cup Finals. However, Malkin's goal in the decisive match of the final series against the Detroit Red Wings did not help the Penguins win. Michel Terien's wards lost with a score of 2:3. On June 4, the League's seminal trophy went to Detroit.

On April 29, 2008, Malkin was nominated for the Hart Trophy, an award given to the League's Most Valuable Hockey Player.
