Cheek warm-up

  1. Touch your index fingers to the top of your cheeks.

Eye exercises

These exercises for the muscles of the face are aimed at training the upper and lower eyelids, getting rid of the "crow's feet" around the eyes, reducing puffiness and for a more expressive and open look.

1. We fix the area of ​​​​the eyebrows by pressing them with index fingers to the frontal bone. Now, contracting the muscles of the forehead, we are trying to raise the eyebrows up, while holding the eyebrows in place with our fingers (Fig. 4).

2. We place the middle fingers between the eyebrows above the bridge of the nose, lightly press. We put our index fingers on the outer corners of the eyes and also press a little, but try not to make wrinkles. Squint the lower eyelid. If the exercise is performed correctly, the beating of the muscles of the eye should be felt. We relax the eyelid and again repeat the squinting movement.

3. Place three fingers of each hand on closed eyes so that the index finger fixes the outer corner of the eye with light pressure, the middle finger fixes the middle of the eyebrow, and the ring finger fixes the inner corner of the eye. Strengthening forehead muscles

1. We put the palm on the forehead just above the eyebrows. With a hand pressing on the forehead, we raise and lower our eyebrows, trying to overcome the resistance.

2. With the index and middle fingers of both hands, we press on the beginning of the eyebrows on the bridge of the nose, move the eyebrows as if we are angry, while applying pressure with our fingers.

3. We frown. Then raise your eyebrows as high as possible and open your eyes wide.

4. Move your ears 🙂 If this trick is not yet within your power, mentally direct your ears to the top of your head, while actively trying to tighten and relax the upper ear muscle. Do not retreat, and over time, the ears will certainly begin to move, and there, look, and learn to clap your ears.

Cheek exercises

Over the years, the cheeks sag, and the face seems dull, flat and aged. Exercises will help to fill the cheeks with energy, restore their volume and “put in place”.

1. Take a deep breath through the nose. Hold your breath for a couple of seconds. Having closed the lips and puffed out the cheeks, with tension through the mouth we exhale the air in jerks.

2. Pull the lips forward and round them into a “tube”. We smile broadly, lingering in this position for a few seconds, and again round our lips.

3. Pull in the cheeks for 10 seconds, and then inflate them for 10 seconds.

4. We grab the right cheek with the left hand so that the thumb fixes it from the side of the oral cavity, and the other four fingers from the outside. We take a deep breath through the nose and try to smile, while holding the cheek in a calm state with the fingers of the left hand, we counteract muscle contraction. Unclench your fingers, exhale through your mouth. We do similar actions with the left cheek (Fig. 1).

Gymnastics for lips

Gymnastics for the lips will help strengthen the circular muscle that forms the mouth, as well as the muscles that raise and lower the lips, which fill them with volume. This will prevent the corners of the mouth from sliding down sadly, and will make the lips elastic, voluminous and seductive.

1. We take a deep breath through the nose, exhale through the lips extended by the tube, while holding the corners of the mouth in place with the fingers of both hands (Fig. 2).

2. Pull out the lips, as if for a kiss. We strain the muscles of the lips to the limit, count to five and relax.

3. Widely open the mouth and give it an oval shape. We press the upper lip to the teeth and try to smile with the corners of the mouth. When performed correctly, a slight burning sensation should be felt in the corners of the mouth. This exercise will help lift the lowered corners of the mouth.

Chin exercises

  • Smile as wide as possible, then quickly and smoothly make a tube with your lips. Repeat the exercise 15-18 times.
  • The neck should be stretched as much as possible, the lips should be directed forward, squeezing them with a bow, stretch them forward, as if kissing. Press your lips lightly with your fingers. This tension will cause resistance in the labial muscles.

Ear pulling

Exercise aimed at significantly slowing down the formation of wrinkles.

Pinch the earlobes with your fingers and pull them down for 25-35 seconds, then pull them up for such a time. After that, in a circular motion, pull the earlobes in one direction and the other.

Relaxation

To relax the facial muscles, you should press the superciliary arches with three fingers. Stretch the eyebrows for 2-4 minutes. This exercise helps to tone the subcutaneous muscles of the frontal part of the face.
