Alan Dzagoev - biography, information, personal life

To become one of the most expensive players in Russia after just a season and a half after the debut, take the second position in the pan-European ranking of the best young talents of the Old World and quite seriously qualify for the Golden boy prize from the Italian sports publication ... One can say for sure - not a single Russian boy started like that. Alan Dzagoev is exceptional, and even skeptics realized that it was stupid to argue with this.Talent and faith in a great future based on education and a difficult past made the boy from the Ossetian city of Beslan a prominent star in the European football sky...

FOOT

Roads to the tops start at the foot. A person has such a foot - his family, his childhood. In Beslan, Alan was always with his mom and dad - Lyana and Elizbar. And older brother Gela. How they lived - this is not covered. Yes, actually it is not necessary: it is enough to pay attention to the year of Alan's birth. Gela is two and a half years older.

Oh, how important an older brother is! Alan and Gela were lucky, from the very first days they were inseparable. And the passion for football of the elder, as a matter of course, was picked up by the younger.
For a couple, the Dzagoev brothers peeled all the walls of the house with a ball, and encroached on the windows, their own and those of their neighbors. Uncle often took the boys with him from Beslan "to the city", to the Spartak stadium in Vladikavkaz. It was such a joy that Alan thought: nothing compares to it.

And once my uncle warned that he would come tomorrow morning and they would go “to the city” again, but not to the game, but to pick up a football uniform. The brothers did not sleep all night, fantasized what it would be like - what kind of boots, T-shirt. And in the morning we went to Vladikavkaz "Sports Goods" on Prospekt Mira, and all our dreams came true at once - we bought a ball, socks, and boots ... It was the fulfillment of my biggest dream!

Alan did not want to take off his football equipment and went to school, and around the yard, and to visit his neighbors in it. They weren't allowed to sleep in it. But he felt happiest when he took his first autograph from a football player. And not just anyone. Marcus Angelo, a Brazilian legionnaire who played in Alania. He wrote Alan some wish on his arm. So the boy did not wash this hand for a long time. Mom barely persuaded to wash off the inscription.

The boys did not dream of becoming either actors, or astronauts, or - like many Ossetian boys - freestyle wrestlers: only football players. Here the Dzagoev brothers were lucky: although dad was not very happy with this choice, but mom and uncle really wanted them to go to the football section.

Alan immediately got to the wonderful coach Yuri Naniev. It was when the boy was in second grade. And ... academic performance fell. The young football player wanted to participate in matches as often as possible and he went to play for two or three teams of different ages, and it turned out that he played at least two matches a day. But the teachers understood everything and somehow tried to meet halfway. Well, I was very lucky with my parents - you can’t say that they let them down, but they forgave a lot.
The foot is the support of the summit, the family is the support of man. Alan still finds strength in the family.

FOOTHILLS

Alan worked with Yuri Naniev until 1999. Once one of the games of the Leather Ball tournament was judged by the coach of the Youth Sports School Igor Osinkin. Among the guys who were 2-3 years older, he nevertheless singled out Alan and invited him to his school the next year.

From the Vladikavkaz "Youth" Igor Osinkin went to work in the Togliatti sports boarding school, the football academy named after Yuri Konoplev, the famous Konoplevka in the football world.

And six months later, he called Alan after him. At first it was very difficult to learn, but Alan understood that he had to endure. It helped that there was a lot of football.

There is a very working atmosphere in the “Konoplev” academy, and sometimes they practiced with the ball for six hours a day. We watched a lot of matches. Championship of Spain, Championship of Brazil, England... All the best teams. Understanding games. And yet it seemed that this was not enough. Alan wanted to know everything - new feints, ball reception, tactics, vision of the field.

Even then, since those teenage school days, addictions were determined: favorite championship - English, favorite team Chelsea. Alan could watch episodes with Drogba, Gerrard or Lampard for hours. The assessment has not changed until now: great players and a great team. The greatest coach is Jose Mourinho. Then it seemed to Alan that, as a playmaker, Lampard was an unattainable peak, now Messi has intercepted the yellow jersey of the leader.

Pupils of "Konoplyovka" played professional football. In the team of the second league "Wings of the Soviets - SOK" Alan made his debut in April 2006 (at the age of 15!), And in May he scored his first professional goal. Then he put on the jersey of the national team, while youthful.

TOPS

December 2007, waking dream: Alan Dzagoev at the training camp in CSKA Moscow. Everything really was like in a dream - when they offered to play "square" with the army midfielders, Alan did not even approach them at first, he did not believe.

CSKA was one of Alan's two favorite Russian teams, the second, of course, was Alania Vladikavkaz. By the time Dzagoev appeared in the club, he was already a three-time champion of Russia, the owner of the UEFA Cup - the first among Russian clubs.

How Alan was sick in the UEFA Cup final, how happy he was, as if he was holding the trophy in his hands. Well, how to believe - you are only 17, and you are in such a team!?

Alan was invited to CSKA not by anyone, but by another of his football idol, the most famous and titled football player in Ossetia, Valery Gazzaev. The man is a legend, a favorite of all Ossetian boys who have chosen football, and not only them.

And now his idol is his coach! Yes, Alan will break himself into a cake to prove to his football "godfather" that he was not mistaken in his choice. And shattered. Not for beautiful eyes, not for blood kinship, Gazzaev began to put a very young boy in the main team.

Debut in the Premier League - in April 2008, in the next match - a goal and two assists, for the season - 20 games, 8 goals and 7 assists. It was clear to everyone - this is a new "star". The result of the season is the prize for the best young football player in Russia "First Five".

Of the hundred members of the jury, Alan was given exactly one hundred in the first place. Such a result of voting cannot be surpassed. It was a triumph. Personal triumph of Alan Dzagoev.

Already in 2008, Alan played for the Russian national team. The debut fell on the game not with anyone, but with the German national team. Coming out as a substitute, Alan almost changed the unfortunate outcome of the match - the Germans were rescued by the bar. Alan achieved the first goal in the national team for a long time - two years. But scored the same uncompromising Ireland, provided an advantage in one goal.

CSKA, the top team in the Russian championship, is always fighting for leadership, constantly participating in European tournaments. Being at the top is in Alan's character. It is not known whether his talent would have been revealed if he had played, say, in Tom or Wings of the Soviets. And then - the Champions League, the Europa League, the rivals, whose names and names are already legends.

As part of CSKA, Alan entered the field in different countries. Tournament draws took him to two of the busiest stadiums in Europe: Old Trafford in Manchester and Istanbul's Innönü.

The singing of the English is so powerful that it takes a lot of effort to concentrate on the game, and the crazy whistle of the Turkish fans at any touch of the ball by an opponent directly physically pushes you to get rid of it, anywhere, so long as the whistle is not addressed to you. Crazy support did not help either Manchester United or Besiktas: the name Dzagoev appeared on the scoreboard: "The goal was scored by Alan Dzagoev, number 10."

Alan Dzagoev is 21 years old and already has 33 goals in his account in the "Club 100" category, which includes players who score at the highest domestic or world levels. In 2009, Alan was included in the top ten most promising football players on the planet.

GLACIERS…

In the 2009 season, Valery Gazzaev was replaced as the head coach of CSKA by the legendary Brazilian Zico. That's really someone, but the Brazilian Alan, with his passion, with his technique, in theory, should have liked it. But it didn't work out. Dzagoev stopped getting into the main team. And immediately rumors spread: they say Zico saw in Alan the symptoms of the most dangerous disease - the “star”.

An experienced champion and coach, of course, understands the danger of this sore for a young talent, and has the right to take “preventive measures”. But for Alan, with his fixation only on football, any excommunication is a disaster. The slippery ice of assumptions about one's own future did not give confidence. And the rumors were completely unsettled.

The rumors were the most entertaining. Wherever the young “star” did not get married - to Liverpool, Chelsea, Dynamo Kiev, even to Real Madrid. Dzagoev showed character - he said that he did not intend to leave CSKA.

Gradually, life improved, foreign specialists on the coaching bridge were replaced by promising Russian Leonid Slutsky. Alan Dzagoev is a solid base player, they count on him. And suddenly there was a scandal: in the cup match, and not with anyone, but with the Ossetian Alania, Dzagoev was changed. But the match is not easy - the final, broadcast on television, the whole of Ossetia and the whole country is watching.

Alan could not restrain himself, he made, as the press put it mildly, "incorrect statements" against Slutsky. The payoff was harsh. But also fair - Dzagoev was transferred to the reserve, and Slutsky said that he would put the player on the transfer.

But the football gods “covered” Alan: there was a break in the championship, Dzagoev left for the national team games, the parties to the conflict cooled down, Alan apologized, Slutsky, who was experiencing a quarrel, returned him to the “base”. Everything is fine? Like, yes.

But, once you step on a slippery path, it's hard to stop, you can slide down this glacier. It remains to be hoped that the love of football will have its say.

TOPS OF THE FUTURE…

As they say, there was no happiness, but misfortune helped: the scandal with the possible transfer of Alan Dzagoev caused a storm, but not outrage, but offers from clubs around the world and even more rumors about Alan's possible future teams.

It is pointless to list them - Dzagoev plays for CSKA and is connected with him by contract. But, nevertheless, it is impossible not to mention one of them. Dzagoev was “sent” to Chelsea, one of the teams he has been in love with since childhood. And not simply, but justifiably: they say that the owners of CSKA and Chelsea, Giner and Abramovich, are friends, they will agree, and Alan should not replace anyone in the English club, but Lampard himself - his idol.

Well, why not? And the point is not that the great player of the English superclub passed, but that Dzagoev grew up. And for Alan's talent and character, any peaks are real.

DIRECT SPEECH. COACHES

« D Zagoev does not like pathos and that's a big plus."
(Valery Gazzaev)

"D Zagoev plays football not for fame and money, but because football is his life. In our time, it is rare when a player wins more than the bonuses that rely on it. But Alan is just such a case.
(Igor Rodkin, coach of FC Krylya Sovetov - SOK)

“And the lan on the field turns precisely in the person whose essence is visiblewith the naked eye. He really wants to play and win. I am very proud of my student. And, believe me, Alan has not yet shown everything he is capable of.
(Yuri Naniev, first coach of Alan Dzagoev)

Assa, jigit!

DIRECT SPEECH. ALAN DZAGOEV

« Fthere is never too much utbol if you love him very much.

“When I ran for the army double I felt that I could claim more. But I didn’t imagine everything that happened after my debut. Dreaming, as it turned out, is much easier than finally believing that the dream has come true.

“I grew up and started playing in Ossetia, where all football is connected with Valery Georgievich. If you stop a boy on the street in any Ossetian city or village and ask which of our athletes is great, he will first of all say to you: “Gazzaev”. I remember when we were still preparing for the children's tournaments, we discussed in the locker room what he is like as a coach - strict, disciplined and can make any team a champion. Probably, it was because of him that I once chose two favorite clubs for myself - CSKA and Alania.

"I can't rate myself. This is both ugly and wrong. Yes, when I ran for the army double, I felt that I could claim more. But I didn’t imagine everything that happened after my debut. Dreaming, as it turned out, is much easier than finally believing that the dream has come true.

"I'm not alone on the field, and be alone- a story about achievements would be quite sad. All my victories are the victories of the CSKA team in which I play. And all her defeats are mine."

'Over time I got a little used to the fact that I share the same field with the team of my dreams, but still ... You know, sometimes I still catch myself thinking: probably everything that happened to me was a dream.

Russian footballer, midfielder of the Russian national team, plays for CSKA.

A native of Beslan

Alan Elizbarovich Dzagoev was born on June 17, 1990 in Beslan, in the family of an Ossetian businessman and housewife. He was the second child in the family. Until the age of eight, the boy bore the surname Zagoshvili, but in 2000 his parents decided to change it to the Ossetian version - Dzagoev, which was done.

Elizbar Dzagoev was engaged in the sale of spare parts. His sons, Gela and Alan, hardly saw him - he left early in the morning, arrived late in the evening. But on weekends, Alan went with his father and sometimes, when he was distracted, he sold antifreeze, and put the money in his pocket. It was possible to earn one hundred to two hundred rubles, which replaced the boy's pocket money.

The entire household lay on the shoulders of the mother, and her sons helped her in the garden, digging potatoes. And the habit of washing the plate after eating remained with Dzagoev forever.

The future is football

The Dzagoev brothers studied well at school, but from an early age they devoted all their free time to football. “There was no variety in leisure - only a ball,” Alan recalled. Two trees grew in a clearing near the house, and a gas pipe was stretched between them - Alan Dzagoev scored the first goal in his life through these impromptu gates.

Young football players broke an apple tree and a pear tree that their father had planted. He, of course, was dissatisfied, but in general he treated his sons' hobby with understanding and approval. Sometimes he even stood at the gate and taught the children to play with his head.

When Gela started playing football at school, his brother, who was two years younger, joined as far as possible. Everyone knew him, although they called him "little".

Very early, the younger Dzagoevs realized that their future was in sports. Alan believes that Gela is even a more talented footballer than himself, but the elder's career turned out to be not very outstanding - he did not take football so seriously, and then he also suffered injuries.

Gela Dzagoev played for the Vladikavkaz clubs Alania-d and Spartak, as well as Kamaz (Naberezhnye Chelny), then coached children in the youth team of the youth sports school No. 76 Timiryazevets, and then decided to go into business.

On the way to professionals

Alan became a student of school number 4, and in 2000 he became a player in the Avtodor-Yunost children's team from Vladikavkaz. The boy's first coach was Yuri Naniev, who allowed him to play for a team whose other players were several years older. At the same time, Alan did not get lost against the general background.

Unlike many children, Alan was independent and purposeful enough to fly out of the family nest early. He first tried to do this when he was only 13. The school of Konstantin Sarsania opened in Moscow, and the boy decided to go there. However, the mother objected, demanding that her son first complete the 9th grade. He obeyed.

Two years later, Alan left for Togliatti, at the Yuri Konoplev Football Academy.

The boy now came home once every six months, but he considered this not the biggest difficulty. He was interested in football more than anything.

In Tolyatti, Dzagoev also received a higher education. He entered the local state university and successfully graduated from it, having mastered the specialty "Physical Culture and Sports". The diploma, defended in 2012, Dzagoev devoted to optimizing the ratio of competitive and training activities of football players of major league teams.

He studied this issue well in practice - by that time Dzagoev had been playing for one of the most famous football clubs in the country for several years, and not only members of the attestation commission, but also fans of the football player were present at the defense of the diploma.

Winged

The first adult team for the young football player was Wings of the Soviets-SOK. The debut of the new player took place in the match against Tyumen, and Alan scored his first "professional" goal against Neftekhimik. Alas, he remained the only one in the 2006 season, although the football player entered the field 12 times.

The following season, Dzagoev played 25 matches, scoring five goals against opponents.

Promising "army"

In mid-November 2007, three players left Krylya Sovetov-SOK at once for one of the oldest and most prestigious clubs in the country. Moscow CSKA paid 360 thousand dollars for Alan Dzagoev, Anton Vlasov and Dmitry Ryzhov.

17-year-old Dzagoev made his debut in the first team of the club in a match with Khimki on May 11, 2008, in this match he scored the ball into the opponents' goal and gave two assists. Even then, he was considered a future star of Russian football and a potential player in the national team.

On September 21, 2008, in a match with Zenit, Dzagoev scored the first double and brought victory to his team, which won with a score of 3: 1. In European competition, he started with a double. In total, in 2008, Dzagoev scored 13 goals against opponents, entering the field in 29 matches.

In the same season, he made his debut as part of the "adult" Russian team (before that, Dzagoev defended the honor of the country in the youth team, and then in the youth team). On October 11, 2008, he entered the field in the away match against Germany, but the Russian team lost 1:2. Dzagoev had a chance to level the score, but the ball he sent to the opponents' goal hit the post. The player was disappointed. But the journalists included him among the best players in another match against Azerbaijan.

Russia did not get into the final part of the world championship, but it was clear that Dzagoev's performance in the national team would not be the last.

Coaching dislike

It seemed that a promising footballer has every chance of becoming one of the leaders of the team, but this did not happen. On the contrary, after the change of coach, he was on the bench. Zico, who replaced Valery Gazzaev, sent the player to represent the club in the youth championship and rarely released him on the field in the first team.

In June 2009, there were rumors that Dzagoev was ready to leave the club, they also wrote about the interest shown by English clubs in him. Chelsea, Liverpool and Tottenham were mentioned. However, there was no official invitation. CSKA was plagued by failures, and journalists called one of the reasons for this ignoring Dzagoev.

After Ziko left the club, Dzagoev's position in the club improved. However, during the Russian championship in 2010, he did not often appear on the field in the first team.

But on October 8, 2010, Alan scored his first goal as part of the Russian team in the qualifying tournament for the European Championship. He scored four goals in eight matches.

Dzagoev's hot Caucasian disposition was known to everyone, but in the final match of the 2011 Russian Cup, Alan, dissatisfied with the coach's decision to replace him, expressed his emotions about everything that he thought about coach Leonid Slutsky at that moment.

Some journalists spoke of this not as a punishment, but as an element of education. However, Slutsky was not limited to internal disqualification and put Dzagoev on the transfer. Moscow Lokomotiv took advantage of this, ready to pay seven million euros for a football player.

However, Dzagoev was clearly ready to change CSKA only for one of the European clubs. And he backed down, stepping on the throat of pride. He apologized to the coach, explaining that he was completely wrong.

The conflict has been completely resolved. Both the coach and the player have not allowed themselves a single bad word about each other since then.

One of the best

Dzagoev continued to play for CSKA, sometimes simply saving the team from defeat, as happened in the match with Rubin Kazan, when Dzagoev scored a goal literally in the last second of the meeting.

In March 2012, he broke his little toe on his right foot, putting him out of action for a month and a half.

Returning to the field, he received a red card in July for rough play, he was suspended for two matches. In the next round, Dzagoev "distinguished himself" again, hitting Dynamo defender Luke Wilkshire in the face, and was suspended for five games.

But in general, the season went well for Dzagoev, and he was recognized as one of the best. He distinguished himself both in domestic tournaments and in the European Championship. The Russian team could not leave the group, but Alan scored three goals and became one of the top scorers of the tournament.

CSKA took first place in the championship, and Dzagoev topped the list of 33 best Russian football players. He was called the heart of CSKA and it was assumed that Alan could well grow into a world-class star.

However, in September 2013, he again suffered a serious injury, which took him out of the national team until December.

Wins, injuries, disqualifications

Dzagoev also missed the start of the 2014/15 season, this time due to an Achilles tendon injury. But in the remaining games, as Sport-Express journalist Sergei Yaremenko wrote, he refuted the myth about himself as a talented but undisciplined player who does not follow the coach's instructions.

The most unsuccessful for the footballer was the 2016/2017 season. A fracture of the second metatarsal bone prevented Dzagoev from performing at the 2016 European Championship, he also missed another prestigious tournament - the Confederation Cup.

At the 2018 World Cup, Dzagoev was unlucky again - in the very first match with Saudi Arabia, he received another injury, and the rest of the games in the group went without him. Dzagoev did not enter the field in the match with Spain, remaining on the bench.

Game features

According to experts, with age, Dzagoev's game has changed - if in his youth he acted in attack, hit a lot on goal and scored, then in recent years he often stepped back as part of CSKA, acting as a defensive midfielder.

Dzagoev is a "smart" football player. As the coach of the Russian team Stanislav Cherchesov notes, there are few of them not only in the Russian team, but also at the World Championships in general.

Experts consider Alan's main drawback to be low speed.

Numerous injuries, according to experts, became one of the main reasons that Dzagoev never left for Europe, although he had all the data to become a star of any of the prestigious clubs.

However, he himself hopes that after the 2018 World Cup he will be able to fulfill his old dream and leave for Europe.

Ossetian wedding

With his future wife, the soloist of the Alania ensemble with the poetic name Zarema, Dzagoev met in 2011 in Vladikavkaz, although both of them had already lived in Moscow by that time. At first, for Zarema Abaeva, a graduate of the Kutafin Moscow Law Academy, the famous football player was Alanchik - that was his name in North Ossetia. Zarema's father was also a fan. She was three years older and did not think about any wedding.

However, the new acquaintance was very persistent. At first, young people exchanged text messages, then they decided to meet. On November 30, 2011, Alan proposed to his beloved. At first, she jokingly answered no, but she did not tempt fate and agreed.

The wedding, traditionally noisy, was played in two places at once - in Moscow and in North Ossetia. In Moscow, there were no surprises, but in Vladikavkaz, the guests did not fit in the restaurant. 1,200 people were called, just in case, the table was set for 1,400 ... and about two and a half thousand came. Many simply handed gifts to the bride and left. So did the groom, who could not stand the crowds - in North Ossetia, he is a superstar, which certainly needs to be paid attention. There is even a tournament named after him in Beslan.

The next day, the young people were awakened at seven in the morning - according to the Ossetian tradition, the neighboring children came for gifts.

heirs

Alan and Zarema have two children. The daughter, Elana, was born on July 21, 2013, the son, Khetag, on April 21, 2016. He was named after the national hero. There is a legend that when enemies overtook him, he prayed to the Almighty for help, and then part of the forest rose from the mountainside and covered Khetag. Now the Khetag grove is one of the most revered holy places in Ossetia.

Dzagoev himself takes his daughter to kindergarten and picks her up at five in the evening, after training, he prefers to spend evenings with his family. The visible advantage of a career as a football player.

Dzagoev hopes that both son and daughter will play sports, even at an amateur level. If they want to perform at a professional level, their parents will support them. Although Alan Dzagoev is well aware that the path will be long and difficult.

Every child (and even an adult) who lives in Russia and is not even interested in football has heard the name "Alan Dzagoev" at least once. Of course, not everyone knows where this player plays, what position he plays in, but everyone can give a brief description: "He's good!" This article will cover all stages of the life of the famous football player playing for CSKA (Moscow), as well as the Russian national football team. So, who is Alan Dzagoev, whose biography is discussed below?

The beginning of a football career

From his very childhood, Alan Dzagoev was interested in football, trying to spend every free minute with the ball in the yard. Of course, this did not go unnoticed, and in 2000 he began to train at the football school of his hometown of Beslan. It was there that he began to reveal his talent and attracted the attention of many scouts of football clubs that at that time played in the Premier League. The choice of a young boy fell on the academy of the team from Vladikavkaz "Wings of the Soviets".

After the football player Alan Dzagoev made his debut in the Premier League of the Russian Federation, all CIS clubs began to follow him closely. In the 2006-2007 season, he managed to put on a T-shirt with the Wings of the Soviets logo 37 times, becoming not only a player in the starting line-up, but also a team leader with 6 goals scored, which is quite a good result for his role. For his stable and bright game at the end of the season, he received offers from such clubs as Zenit (St. Petersburg), Dynamo (Moscow), Dynamo Kyiv was interested, but Alan Dzagoev made his choice in favor of the capital CSKA team.

Becoming a star in CSKA (Moscow)

January 2007 was a landmark for the football player, because it was during this period that Alan Dzagoev made his debut for the main team of CSKA in the match against Shakhtar from Donetsk, coming on as a substitute. This match was not of particular importance, since the Channel One Cup is an exclusively commercial competition, with which the teams simply filled the gap in their championships. After that, Alan Dzagoev did not enter the field for a long time as part of the “army team”, but speaking for the youth team and understudies. In the spring of 2008, Alan made a successful debut in the Russian championship and in just a few rounds he was noted for effective actions, in particular, a goal scored and 2 important passes. And he was able to do all this already at the age of 17, which is simply unimaginable for Russian football. Looking at this football player at that time, many experts compared him with who became recognizable all over the world after a successful performance at Euro 2008.

Until the 2011-2012 season, Dzagoev was not considered a main player and gained playing practice mainly in youth teams, which to some extent reflected in his confidence. In the same year, after he nevertheless managed to convince head coach Leonid Slutsky with his game that he deserved a place in the starting lineup, he immediately got into trouble. The young player allowed himself, to put it mildly, incorrect expressions against the head coach, for which he was immediately transferred back to the youth team. Lokomotiv could not help but take advantage of such a conflict, which offered an amount equivalent to 7 million euros for a young talent, but the CSKA leadership refused, and Alan made a public apology and continued to play in the main team. With the capital team, Alan achieved the title of champion of Russia, played in the Champions League, but in European competitions, his team, unfortunately, did not achieve any special results. Also, since 2008, Alan has played 48 matches for the Rossi national team, speaking with her at such forums as Euro 2012 in Ukraine and Poland, as well as Mundiale 2014, which was held in Brazil.

Alan Dzagoev: biography, personal life

July 7, 2012 is a significant day for the football player, because it was then that he sealed his relationship with the dancer of the Alania ballet. Alan Dzagoev's wife, Zarema Abaeva (Dzagoeva), was in a relationship with the football player for quite a long time, so his marriage to the artist was only a matter of time.

A year later, in July 2013, a daughter was born in the athlete's family, whom her parents decided to name Elana. In addition, the football player has a younger brother, who currently plays for Alania (Vladikavkaz) and also shows great promise in Russian football. It is too early to talk about anything specific, but there is hope that he will reach the same heights as his older brother.

Alan Dzagoev is a famous Russian football player who plays for CSKA Moscow. This year he turned 26 years old, but in fact he shone on the very rise, at the age of 21-22 years. Alan Dzagoev acts as a central midfielder, while he can perform all the required functions - he can rise to the position of an attacking midfielder to create attacks of his team, or he can descend to the position of a defensive midfielder to destroy the attacks of the opposing team.

Carier start

Alan Dzagoev was born on June 17, 1990 in Soviet Beslan. From early childhood, he began to attend the local youth sports school, but rather quickly his talent was noticed, and at the age of 9, Dzagoev moved to Vladikavkaz, where he began to attend the Youth Sports School. He stayed there for six years, until in 2005 he was selected to a club called "Academy" from the city of Togliatti. It was there that the young Alan was considered as the new football genius of Russia - he became the player of the basis of the "Academy" when he was only sixteen years old. As a result, Alan Dzagoev justified absolutely all the expectations placed on him.

First professional games

When Alan Dzagoev, whose photo began to appear in all sports publications in Russia, reached the age of sixteen, he already began to appear in the starting lineup of his club. Then the Academy changed its name to Wings of the Soviets-SOK, and for two years Dzagoev defended the colors of this particular club. He played 39 matches in which he scored six goals. He scored his first professional goal at the age of 16, so no one doubted that such a young talent would be of interest to the country's leading clubs, and maybe even teams from the top championships. As a result, this is exactly what happened - when the football player Alan Dzagoev was not even an adult, the strongest team in Russia, CSKA, turned to the club with a request. The army team offered four hundred thousand euros for a young talent, and the tiny club could not refuse. As a result, in the winter of 2008, Dzagoev moved to CSKA, where he began his rise to the top.

Game for CSKA

The biography of Alan Dzagoev, of course, went uphill sharply - he signed a professional contract with the club and immediately began to enter the field, and most importantly, to score goals. Already in his first season for the army club, the 18-year-old talent scored 13 goals in 29 matches. Naturally, this result impressed the management, and the following year Dzagoev had already played 40 matches, scoring 10 more goals. From that moment, if Alan was not injured, he entered the field and was one of the key players in the club. Already in 2011, the 21-year-old was regarded as one of the biggest talents, and by 2012 he had become a world-class player. Many leading clubs in Europe wanted to sign a contract with a young talent and were ready to pay an impressive compensation to CSKA, but neither the club nor the player wanted to break off cooperation. As a result, Dzagoev has already played eight seasons in the army club, having entered the field in 287 matches and scoring 64 goals. However, it is worth noting that due to constant injuries and unstable play, since 2014, Dzagoev began to gradually lose shape, he was no longer considered a great talent, and interest in him from the leading clubs in Europe faded. His contract with CSKA runs until 2019, so he can still play and help his club win trophies. After all, for all this time he has already become the Champion of Russia three times and won the Cup of Russia four times.

Current season

The current season is not much different from several previous ones. One of the main questions that concern the fans of the club and the fans of the player is this one - “When will Alan Dzagoev return to service?”, Because the problem is actually relevant. The midfielder has made just 10 appearances this season, scoring one goal and providing three assists. Already on September 25, he was injured, from which he recovered for about two months. On November 26, he already came on as a substitute in the match with Rubin and played for about twenty minutes, but so far the coach does not want to risk the health of the player, so Alan was not released for the last match, which took place on November 30 - he spent all 90 minutes on the bench spare.

Performances for the national team

Dzagoev made his debut in the Russian national team immediately after he moved to CSKA, that is, in 2008. Since then, he has played fifty matches in the national team jersey, scoring nine goals and providing seven assists. His first major tournament was the 2012 European Championship, where he went as a base player and a big talent. And it was then that he flashed against the backdrop of a not very intelligible game of the national team, scoring two goals against the Czechs and one against the Poles. Then he was still playing as a winger, but he went to the 2014 World Cup as a central midfielder. There he was not a base player, since the moment of glory had already passed - Dzagoev entered the field in all three matches, but all three times - from the bench. Unfortunately, he missed the 2016 European Championship due to injury, and his last match for the national team to date took place in September of this year - Dzagoev played 58 minutes in a duel against the Ghana national team.

Personal life

If we talk about the personal life of this football player, then first of all it is worth noting that in 2012 he married Zarema Abaeva, from whom his daughter Elana was born in 2013, and in 2016 also a son, Khetag. You can also pay attention to the fact that he owes his football career to his mother, who was a fan of this sport and, having seen Alan playing football in the yard, sent him to a sports school.

« SO I WANT TO PLAY WITH GERMANY!»

More recently, just a few months ago, he was called nothing more than promising. And yesterday, Alan Dzagoev, as part of the Russian team, flew to Germany and, quite likely, will enter the field in a match with the Germans. This 18-year-old guy managed to compress time like a spring: until recently he was a rookie in his CSKA, and now he is the best player in the CIS and Baltic countries in September.

Have you heard of the Star Prize before?

Well, of course I heard. To get into the same company with Arshavin, Timoshchuk, Gleb, Semshov, who won in different months of this year, is a great honor for me. And there is no need to talk about the main victors - Shevchenko, Arshavin, Akinfeev!

If you continue in the same spirit, you will surely fall into their number.

Well, I am still very far from that - to work more and work.

IT IS BETTER TO PLAY THAN TO TELL ABOUT IT

The attention of journalists to your person is growing like a snowball. How do you carry this component of football life?

I try to give interviews as little as possible - it's better to play than talk about it.

Is media attention hard for you? Or is it still nice?

It has both in it. Of course, we play for the fans, and they want to know as much as possible about us, but I haven't won anything yet to distribute interviews left and right. It's too early for me to do it.

How do you get around in such a big city like Moscow?

Mostly on the subway.

But now it's probably getting more and more difficult to do - is the popularity growing?

No, they do not find out so often that it causes difficulties. When they ask if it's me, I don't deny it - why lie? After that, they usually ask for an autograph or sometimes - to be photographed for memory. I try not to refuse.

Which of the goals you scored today is the most expensive?

Let me think… (After a pause). Probably, after all, the first one is Khimki.

Did you remember it even more than those two that you chalked up in your principled game with Zenit?

Those come right after. But the first one is the most expensive, it cannot be compared with anything. In any case, for now. Although it was after the game with Zenit that I felt much more confident in my abilities. It seems to me that it was in that match that we finally managed to completely get rid of jerky movements.

- You probably watched the game of the Russian team at the European Championship in June ...

Of course.

Can you imagine that in three months...

Am I on this team? No way. Even in your wildest dreams.

But nevertheless, already after the first training session at the current training camp, Hiddink praised you and said that you fit into the rhythm of the national team faster than the rest of the newcomers ...

It's very nice, but there can be only one conclusion from such words - you need to work even harder to fit into this excellent team completely.

Fellow journalists noted that from the very first lesson you interacted with Arshavin as if you were playing together in the same club.

You know, my coach, Igor Vitalyevich Osinkin, with whom I spoke before leaving for the national team, immediately said that such masters as Arshavin, Semak, Semshov will always find a common language with you on the field. The main thing is to match them. We will try. And I also really want to not only train, but also play with them as quickly as possible.

NO FEAR, NO WORRY

What dreams have appeared now, in connection with the call to the national team?

The highest.

So you want to play with Germany already?

Of course!

And there is no fear, no excitement?

No. I heard that Dortmund has a special stadium where the guests have a very hard time, but even this does not bother.

Don't you feel sorry that you had to part with your youth team, which is now making its way to the European Championship?

I really hope I didn't break up with her completely. Guus Hiddink said that it makes sense to let me go only to the final stage of the European Youth Championship - so, I believe that the team will get there. And now, with all my heart, I want to congratulate the guys on their three victories in the first qualifying group stage. Well done! I'm very happy for them.

Do you have time to comprehend the changes that have been happening to you in the last six months? New loads do not seem excessive?

Loads, of course, are not easy and sometimes you want to relax, go home for two or three days to unload. But understanding the importance of what is happening helps to find new strength.

What else is in your life besides football?

So far, nothing. Only football. It is both work and leisure for me.

Don't even have time for girls?

Until they get there. Now life is developing in such a way that all forces must be given to football. When you want to gain a foothold on a new level, there is no time for entertainment.

In football, there is a concept of a "second year" ...

That it is much heavier than the first one? I heard about it.

Did you have disturbing thoughts in this regard?

There was little.

Moreover, Valery Gazzaev's departure from CSKA has already been announced ...

This, of course, does not make me happy.

Moreover, such a dangerous competitor can return to his place in the line-up, like Carvalho, if he gets in shape ...

But that would be very good - competition has never bothered anyone, and such a master will help any team. As for the "second year" - what can I say about this now? Probably, only that it will be necessary to work even more. But I understand it perfectly.

FOOTBALL GENES FROM…MOM

What fairy tales did you like as a child?

Fairy tales? An interesting question ... You know, since childhood, from kindergarten age, I spent all my free time in a clearing with a ball - football was more interesting than any fairy tales (Alan used this sweet word “clearing” several times during an interview. Not a field or a clearing, namely, the "clearing", which, in my opinion, very accurately demonstrates his love for everything related to football. - Approx B.L.). Even if there were no partners for the game, he took the ball, the net, put it on the goal and arranged "two-sided" alone. It was impossible to keep me at home - I returned only after dark.

- And I was about to ask you, what kind of fairy tale do you think you are now ...

Even if I knew a lot of them, I would not answer this question. Because I'm not a hero yet.

But the events around are going at a fabulous pace! Such a rise in a few months ...

Yes, there are enough events. I simply could not imagine something like this a few months ago - even in my dreams. Coming to CSKA, I expected that by the end of the season I would be able to substitute for fifteen minutes - these were my wildest fantasies.

We will return to CSKA. In the meantime, let's try to understand where everything comes from - perhaps the Dzagoev family genes are to blame for everything?

If you mean father, he was always interested in football, one might even say he was a fan, but he did not play himself. But my mother was playing. Not very, however, for a long time, but the ball can “mint” even now. Some of my relatives on this occasion just say that, not yet born, I was doomed to get acquainted with the ball. But there were probably no special genes.

How did you get into the football section?

I loved to play since childhood, as I already told you, but I went to the section only after my brother. He was two years older, so I acted as a “trailer” - my brother first went to kickboxing, and I followed him. He was disappointed and moved to the football section, I followed.

Thank God your brother didn't get kickboxed! By the way, has he retired from football?

No. And I am sure that he will still play - he is only twenty!

But if you came with your brother, then the set was his age?

And so it was. At first I worked with guys who were two years older.

At primary school age, this is a huge gap!

Nothing, it was even more interesting. I remember I was eight or nine years old when I played in the selection for the Russian Championship among youths, born in 1986. In the final part, we, however, did not pass.

FROM RONALDO TO ALDONIN

School teachers probably did not encourage your passion?

Not encouraged - you put it mildly. I studied, to be honest, with much less zeal than I did football. Although some subjects, in particular, history, I loved, and they were given to me easily. Teachers, of course, complained about my diligence and expressed them to my parents. But my mom and dad always supported me. Mom, I remember, said that if it works out on the football field, then you should never leave it. And when, after training, instead of doing homework, I went to the clearing, she did not argue. Although for study, it happened, and scolded.

Why does a little boy have such an all-consuming passion?

Don't know. Probably from nature. I always liked to watch football, but even more I liked to play myself.

Among your schoolmates were there those who shared your affection at least to a comparable degree?

Probably not. They came to the clearing, but did not stay with me until the end.

What is the first tournament you remember as a spectator?

I watched matches from early childhood, but my memories, and even then vague ones, remained only from the 1998 World Cup. I remember the goals of the final match, how Zidane scored.

First impressions are usually the brightest. Which of the players from that championship impressed you the most?

Ronaldo. I loved him very much. And he was very upset when the Brazilian, after several injuries, left the first roles. What a player!

Meanwhile, in one of your few interviews so far, I read that the young football player Dzagoev considered Lampard and Aldonin as an example to follow ...

It was already much later - a year in 2005.

But from scorer Ronaldo to defensive midfielder Aldonin - a huge distance?

Aldonin brought great benefits to the team, which then, and now, too, seemed to me the most important thing. In addition, although he did not score as often as Ronaldo, all these goals were usually key, bringing victory or a draw.

Was your first coach Yuri Naniev?

Yes, he lived with us in Beslan next door. And he became exactly the person who gave me the first real soccer ball - as I remember now, it was Select. He knew how much I love football. And when I once came to his class for a group of boys born in 1986, I looked so slyly and asked: “What, do you want to play too?” "Want". “Well then, take off your cap and go into the field!” And then he took it.

Were he favorites?

24/7 FOOTBALL

Then you went to study in Vladikavkaz and trained with Igor Osinkin?

And it was for him that they went to Tolyatti, to the youth football academy?

We were supposed to leave together, but it so happened that I was a little late - I had to finish the school year.

Did your parents let you go easily?

In principle, yes, although my mother slightly objected, because before her eyes there was an example of an older brother who, at the age of fifteen, left for Torpedo, but never fully revealed himself there. He had to return, so my mother was afraid that something similar would happen to me.

Were you also fifteen when you left?

Yes, just before the departure.

Was it not hard to leave your parents, from the house where life is established and where everyone loves and protects you?

Of course, I missed my parents, but everyday problems did not play any role - it was important, after all, to progress in football.

Did the fact that the coach was at first his own, well known, help?

Of course. He knew me very well and gave me a lot of advice - especially about what to do after school hours.

That is, you continued to go “to the clearing” even after training, on your own?

- Naturally. After all, football is an activity that can be practiced around the clock.

Is it these “round the clock” activities that explain your Brazilian technique?

She is not Brazilian!

Its. What is, such is. But I really always liked to work with the ball. And much less - to run.

The coaches of the youth team said: Dzagoev has such a character that after losing it is better not to approach him. And that you are ready to die for a victory on the field. Where does such maximalism come from?

I really don't like to lose. But does anyone love it? I get angry even after losing a two-way game. And it has always been that way for as long as I can remember. It's probably natural too.

I heard that the opponents who beat you had a good time.

He fought, of course, as best he could. How else if you lose?

And in appearance you are soft and modest.

Well, you don't want to beat me now!

When did you and your parents decide that it was possible and necessary to become a professional football player?

There was no such specific moment. My parents always gave me the go-ahead to play football, and then everything depended on what I would achieve myself. Football has always been in my life, and, of course, I wanted to achieve as much as possible in it. And to become a professional is already a derivative of the growth of skill.

CLUB WITH WHICH IS VERY LUCKY

With what feelings did you go to CSKA? And why in CSKA?

Here my love for this club and the fact that it was CSKA who showed interest in the football player Dzagoev coincided. Plus, the team was headed by Valery Georgievich Gazzaev, who is a legend for Ossetia. He helped me a lot from the very first minutes in the army club - both on and off the field.

Was it scary to go to Moscow, to such a club?

Certain anxiety, of course, was. To be honest, I assumed that everything would be much worse. But Ryzhov, Vlasov, and I were immediately taken as our own. The team at CSKA is just wonderful. I thought that he was generally the only one, but now he got into the national team and was convinced that here he is no worse.

Are you saying that you were well received at the club from the very first day?

Even, I would say, from zero: from those two days when we came for the first time - to view. Our eyes were square - even when I was sent to do the exercise with Rakhimich, Aldonin and someone else, it didn’t fit in my mind right away - the coach had to repeat the command again. But everyone around understood our condition and did everything so that the newcomers got used to it as quickly as possible.

With what feelings did you first approach your idol Aldonin?

With mixed. Until then, I saw him and other CSKA players only on TV, and then they suddenly became partners. But he quickly adjusted.

Did Aldonin himself know that you admired his game?

No, no, I didn't tell him that. Now, perhaps, he already knows - after my interviews, but he did not say anything on this topic.

No one on the team took you under personal guardianship?

Everyone helped - Rakhimich, Ignashevich, Krasich, the same Aldonin.

Rakhimich, as Yevgeny Giner told SE, takes care of all the young players of CSKA.

Yes, Elver pays us a lot of attention. But not only him. The whole CSKA is, in fact, a big family. To be honest, I'm very lucky with the club.

How did you feel when you stepped onto the pitch in the Premier League for the first time?

I tried very hard not to worry. Everyone cheered me up, especially Wagner, and after the starting whistle I really managed to enter the game right away. It was a match with Khimki - the debut in the game in Vladivostok, where I came on as a substitute in the 90th minute, does not count. But then I scored a goal, and this, oddly enough, unsettled me. It would seem that I should have completely calmed down, felt confident in my abilities, but I, on the contrary, got excited. And then, before the replacement, he played clearly worse.

How did you manage to establish mutual understanding with Wagner and Zhirkov so quickly? It feels like you've been playing together for years...

I don’t know, it happens by itself - apparently, we understand football approximately the same way. Although, of course, working together in training also helps a lot.

Do you already feel like an equal among equals in CSKA?

Not yet. I still have to work hard so as not to make mistakes in simple situations and match the level of the team - the owner of the UEFA Cup for one hundred percent.

I think you are setting yourself too high a standard.

Normal.

Do you live in Moscow with your brother?

Yes, with my brother and uncle. The club rented an apartment for us.

Do your parents visit?

Not very often. But when they come and my mother makes my favorite Ossetian pies, it's a real holiday.

« EARNED MONEY I GIVE TO THE FAMILY»

CSKA football player Alan Dzagoev was awarded the First Five award, which is awarded to a player no older than 20 years old. After the ceremony, which took place at the Moscow hippodrome, Alan tested his skills in karting. Having driven a tiny car, he talked with the correspondent of Trud-7.

« Bought a car and gave it to my father»

So, Alan, how does it feel to drive a kart?

Great. Only it was very difficult on the corners.

Do you often drive in general?

- Not. I recently bought a car, but not for myself, but for my father. I think he should like it.

When will you buy a car for yourself?

I think not soon.

There is talk that Real Madrid are interested in you. How do you feel about all this excitement?

Of course, I was pleased with this news. But to be honest, I didn't take it to heart. I perfectly understand and realize that if at the age of 18 I played a couple of bright matches in European competitions, it is unlikely that Real Madrid will immediately pay attention to me. I think this hype is to some extent the work of the press. But in fact, in order for the “royal club” to be really interested in you, you need to work hard on yourself.

They say that in the next championship you will play not under the 46th, but under the leader's 10th number?

So far, they haven’t handed it to me, but I asked the administrator of our team for a ten, since I have loved the 9th and 10th numbers since childhood. If they agree to give me the 10th, I will be very happy.

« I will persuade Wagner Love to stay»

This year you had a great understanding on the field with the Brazilian Wagner Love. Aren't you afraid that he might leave the club?

Of course, I'm worried about this, but at the same time I really hope that Wagner will stay.

Will you persuade him?

Yes. (Laughs.)

By the way, how do you communicate with a Brazilian? In what language?

On the football field, we easily communicate with gestures, but in life Vagner Love understands Russian well, sometimes even speaks our language. Sometimes we communicate through an interpreter.

What sports besides football are you interested in?

I love to play basketball, but I don't like to look at it from the outside, as a spectator. The same can be said about tennis.

« Listen to mother and father»

Who is the person whose opinion you listen to the most?

For me, the opinion of each person close to me is important. But I listen most of all and first of all to my mother and father. The opinion of my uncle and brother is also of great importance to me: by the way, they live with me in Moscow and always attend matches with my participation. Moreover, Geut's brother is also a football player, he plays in the same position as me. Dad and mom also sometimes come to Moscow.

Is your brother not playing now?

Now he is just getting ready for the new season. In January, he will look for a team of the first or second league.

What year is he born?

So the younger brother was ahead of the older?

Well, maybe... And to be honest, my brother was always two heads taller than me. At some point, something in football went wrong with him. But I have no doubt that everything will be fine. You will hear more about him.

Ossetians have a holiday Kahtsganan, which takes place when the son turns one year old. And then the boy is given several items. Which one he chooses will determine his fate. Did you by any chance choose a soccer ball?

- (Smiling.) To be honest, I don't know what I chose when I was one year old. But my love for football arose from an early age, and my parents supported me in every possible way in this regard.

« New Year's Eve with family»

How did you get involved in football?

When I was very young, I came to the stadium: guys who were 5 years older were training there. For a week I watched them work. And the coach Yuri Otarovich Naniev, who later became my mentor, noticed that I come here every day, came up to me and asked: “What? Do you want to play?" And of course I answered yes. That's how it all started.

This year your life has changed dramatically. Is your head spinning with success?

No. I, as always, continue to work. The only thing that is unusual for me is such events as interviews. Well, I'll get used to it.

That is, star disease does not threaten you?

You bought your father a car. Do you often help your loved ones financially?

What I earn, I give to my family. After all, they raised me, did everything to put me on my feet. And I am eternally grateful to them for that.

What are your vacation plans?

None. Now I will rest for ten days and start preparing for the new season. And the New Year, of course, a meeting with the family.
