After direct disturbances come funnels. First, single, circular. At the same time, the legs make wave movements like a funnel. Each leg, several times, is thrown in a circle. First from the body, from the inside out, and then, towards the body, i.e. from outside to inside.

All funnels and eights, both with hands and feet, are performed in both directions. Those. first, movements are performed in one direction, and then, the same movements are performed in the opposite direction.

After the legs and arms are worked out, waves are performed with the whole body, including the legs, torso, arms, neck and head.

To do this, you can imagine how the water begins to rock your entire body. The body is an algae, swaying in the waves of the water around you. At first, the waves are small, and the body does not worry much, and then, the waves get stronger, and the body begins to worry more and more.

At first, the excitement is made forward - backward. Then, from side to side. And then, in the form of a whirlpool. The whole body becomes one whirlpool. First, the whirlpool is done in one direction, and then in the other direction.

At the end of all the gymnastics of the waves, arbitrary wave movements are performed. It is called "wave permissions".

To do this, you need to completely relax and let go of the body, and swing it in any direction. It will start to fall. You need to pick up this fall and forward it in any direction convenient for you. And so, walk, picking up and forwarding the movements of the body until sufficiency is felt. All movements here are made spontaneously without any images.

At the end of the wave permissions, it is necessary to do at least a little burn. This will help, after free and relaxed movements, to set the posture and bring the whole body together.
This completes the excitement gymnastics complex.

This gymnastics does not require any special sports hall. It can be done everywhere, at work, at home, in any room that allows movement, as well as on the street.
