Fulfillment of the promised is a holy cause. Give Bubnovsky! And here he is - a strong-willed handsome man with his system of health-improving physical activity. Why did we choose his exercises?

Firstly, Sergei Mikhailovich himself regularly does what he promotes. Moreover, his load is the limit for a man of his age. But at the age of 25, he was recognized as a disabled person of the 2nd group in the musculoskeletal system after a terrible car accident, he could not move without crutches. Doctors, of course, advised him to forget about an active, fulfilling life. But no, Bubnovsky turned everything in his own way: he gave birth to and raised five children, and made a career precisely on those very musculoskeletal problems. We can say, "on the bones" of official traumatology and orthopedics.

I would like to move on to the second - the main reason for our interest in Bubnovsky. The fact is that Sergei Mikhailovich (candidate of medical sciences), in our opinion, is a doctor of a new type, and in this case, as they say now, of a radical persuasion. That is, having received a traditional medical education, he rejected most of the methods and postulates on which the post-traumatic recovery of the body is based. Question: how to turn them on, these capabilities of the body?

Let's take the adherents of a healthy lifestyle. This category includes different areas: lovers of health jogging, walking, calendar therapeutic starvation, "walruses", various kinds of naturopaths, vegetarians, advocates of separate nutrition ... I do not rank various trips and weekend games. A healthy lifestyle should be first of all safe, permanent and really become a way of life, not a hobby. But what is actually happening? Here people run, as they say, from a heart attack. This, of course, is a thousand times more useful than kneading with your feet on a treadmill somewhere in a fitness center. But running is primarily a load on the joints of the lower extremities and on the lower part of the spine. As a result, already by the age of 50 (there are vivid examples before our eyes), severe deforming arthrosis and, against the background of osteochondrosis, unrelieved pain in the lower back can occur. At the same time, the heart is in order, and the head is clear, and the person is disabled. We will not touch the "walruses" anymore, they have all the diseases of the average person, except that they do not suffer from acute respiratory infections. All sorts of starving and vegetarians: they have clear, clean, hungry eyes, flabby skin and the same osteochondrosis. Although these people look much better in their age group after 60 than detrained "meat eaters".

Naturally, I myself applied all this to myself: dramatic medicine. Moreover, he applied and studied thoroughly and deeply, so that now he can write about it in a somewhat ironic tone. If any recommendations help, let them apply. But you need a system. Full-fledged, scientifically substantiated, evidence-based and, most importantly, bearing an accessible applied meaning, without abstruseness, rituals and other hermitism.

Orthodox medicine, in contrast to traditional medicine, has behind it huge financial flows of pharmacological concerns and therefore has great flexibility, prevalence and systems of mass mental influence through the media. Go to any pharmacy and stand at the OTC dispenser. Each pharmacist approaching the window pulls out a memo with the names of three to twenty drugs. People all over the world have been hooked on a pharmacological needle. Cries about drug addiction are just a distracting horror story against the backdrop of this weapon of mass destruction - a pill that replaces the functions of the body.

From my point of view, there is only one way out: education of a healthy person. True, I always make a reservation: there is emergency medicine, that is, medicine for acute conditions, when there is no way to restore life to a person in a natural way. There is surgery, where without medicines not a single step. For these purposes, pharmacological concerns should work in the first place. Or, in the end, for pensioners who knelt before the disease, hypochondriacs.

Methodology of Dr. Bubnovsky S.M. covers the rehabilitation and functional recovery of patients not only with acute and chronic diseases of the musculoskeletal system, but also the main body systems: heart and blood vessels, stomach and intestines, urogenital and nervous.

In his methodology Sergey Bubnovsky uses a new direction in medicine - kinesitherapy, the purpose of which is to cure the joints and spine without surgery, through the active participation of the patient himself in this treatment, using his own internal reserves of the body and understanding the correct sensation of his body.

The main focus of the technique is on the muscles, since muscle tissue is the only tissue capable of regenerating (reviving) in people of any age, restoring the functions that depend on it to normal, activating and carrying out blood flow.

In order to use muscles rationally, they need to be contracted and relaxed. This can be done on special kinesitherapy simulators. With their help, they increase the elasticity of the ligaments, improve the mobility of the joints and activate the deep muscles adjacent to the spine and large joints.

But not everyone can go to the gym. What to do for those who have a heartache, worried about high blood pressure? Along with this, pain is felt in all parts of the spine, shoulders, hip, knee and ankle joints. A person begins to walk with a stick, but really wants to restore mobility in the musculoskeletal system at home. According to Dr. Bubnovsky's system, they can only do 20 basic exercises at home.

The essence of the Bubnovsky technique

The health improvement system is aimed at treating chronic neurological and orthopedic, inflammatory diseases of the spine, large and small joints without drugs and wearing corsets, surgical interventions.

Bubnovsky's technique covers the development of muscles and ligaments according to the "floors" of the body:

  • the first - feet, legs and pelvis;
  • the second - the abdomen, chest and back;
  • the third - shoulders, neck and head.

To make the blood move up (from the legs to the head) through the muscles as actively as it goes down, you need to include the muscles of the first floor, i.e. lower limbs. At the same time, the joints of the legs are included in the work. Then they activate the work, and the back to get rid of pain in the spine. Only after that comes the turn of the cervical spine, arms and shoulder joint.

It is necessary to select for the home complex those exercises that will be ideal for developing the spine or large joints, eliminating pain syndromes without the use of painkillers.

I.P. We put the feet a little wider than the shoulders, point the toes to the sides, keep the back straight, upper limbs - point forward.

For weak people, you will need a simple smooth stick-shaft from a shovel. It is placed between the feet in front and the hands hold on to it at the top.

First, we sit on a chair and perform traction movements, as described above in exercise No. 1. Then we do: classic and with an emphasis on the knee. The body should be straight and touch the entire plane of the floor. Weakened people perform 5 push-ups - 10 sets with a rest of 2-3 minutes.

Traction movements:

No. 1 - "sawing firewood" with an emphasis on the knee. The expander is attached at the bottom of the wall. We put the knee of the leg and the lower leg on a high bench, with our hand we rest against the wall. With the other hand, we make movements towards ourselves and away from ourselves. At the same time, the muscles of the neck are worked out, and the back is also involved in the work (back and forth). The expander can be replaced with dumbbells, lift it from the floor and lower it down.

No. 2 - "pullover". We lie down on the bench with our hips and back, our feet are on the floor, slightly wider than our shoulders. We pick up dumbbells with a weight that we can lower behind our heads and raise with straight arms up to 10-15 times.

No. 3. We sit on a bench and take one dumbbell in our hand, raise it on a straight arm above our head, bend our arm at the elbow and wind the dumbbell (or a 1.5-2 l water bottle) behind our head from behind, lift it up and wind it up again. Repeat 10-15 times for each hand. Do the exercise slowly andmake sure that the dumbbell does not cause injury to the head.

We attach the expander high on the wall or elastic rubber with a loop. We fix the ankle joint on an expander or rubber and lie down on our back: on a bench or on the floor.

No. 1. On the exhale, pull the leg to the shoulder, bending at the knee. Repeat 15-20 times, do 1-2 sets.

No. 2. Raise the leg and lower it with effort as you exhale. Repeat 15-20 times x 1-2 sets.

Any exercise at the end point on exhalation is accompanied by the sound "HA!" and pulling in the abdomen to work the diaphragm.

We attach the expander at the bottom of the wall or rubber with a loop.

No. 3. We sit on the floor sideways to the wall. We put on a rubber loop on the outer leg and take the leg to the side as we exhale. Place your hands behind your back on the floor. Repeat 15-20 times for each leg, 1-2 sets.

Exercises unload the hip joint and strain its muscles. This is necessary to restore blood circulation in the diseased joint.

For the hip joint and tired legs, plastunsky crawling is suitable.

No. 4. We lie down on our stomach, bend our arms at the elbows next to the body. Alternately pull the knees to the elbows and repeat at least 20 times with each leg. We do it daily.

Traditional medicine offers a comprehensive approach to the treatment of arthrosis, namely:

  • and in the most severe cases, surgical intervention is indicated.

The main role is played by the intake of medications in the form of hormonal and non-steroidal drugs, as well as anti-inflammatory drugs and chondroprotectors. But, supporters of an alternative method of treating arthrosis argue that taking medication in most cases does not bring the expected result.

One of the supporters of alternative methods of therapy is Dr. Bubnovsky, who proposed the treatment of arthrosis of the knee joint using an integrated approach, where physical therapy exercises come first, then physiotherapy procedures, and in addition to the main treatment, medications are allowed.

Exercises for the knee joints (gymnastics for arthrosis) video

Exercises from the complex of Dr. Bubnovsky for the treatment of arthrosis of the knees are recommended to be performed from a sitting position or lying on your back. This will help reduce stress on your knees and the chance of injury. You also need to remember that with pain in the knees and the development of arthrosis, all exercises are recommended to be performed very carefully, slowly and slowly, so as not to lead to the occurrence of severe pain.

Therapeutic gymnastics, which was developed by the brilliant doctor and rehabilitologist Bubnovsky, consists in performing the following exercises:

  • Lie on your back and bend both knee and hip joints at once. Then, in turn, unbend and bend the legs at the knee and hip joint. Run 15-20 repetitions.
  • Keep the same starting position, but now the legs should be straight. Bend your left knee and lift your foot. Freeze in this position for a couple of minutes, after which you can return to the starting position. Do the same with the right leg.
  • While in the same position, bend the left knee first. Then, straightening the left knee, you should bend the right, and so on in turn.
  • Without changing the starting position, raise the right straight leg 6-10 cm from the floor surface and hold for 5-8 seconds, then do the same for the left.
  • Lying on your back, bend your left knee and press it with your hands to the body, linger for a couple of seconds and repeat with the right knee too.
  • Perform the exercise "Bicycle". It is recommended to start performing rotations slowly, gradually increasing the speed of rotation, as if accelerating on a bicycle.
  • Lie on your stomach and bend one knee. Slowly try to reach the surface of the heel to the buttocks, without sudden movements and without causing severe pain. Perform this exercise on each leg 5-10 times.
  • Sit on a chair, raise your left leg parallel to the floor, straighten your foot at an angle of 90 degrees, hold it in this position for at least 8-10 seconds, then return to the starting position and repeat with the right leg too.
  • Stand in front of the back of a chair and grab it with both hands. Perform alternating leg raises in different directions 10 times.
  • Rest against the back of a chair, or the surface of the table with one hand, so that the body becomes more stable. Perform leg swings in turn in forward and backward directions up to 20 repetitions.

Treating hip disease with exercise

Therapy of the hip joints according to Bubnovsky consists in the daily performance of simple exercises:

  • Sit on the floor. First, reach out to one foot, which is straightened and slightly tilted to the side, then repeat for the other leg as well.
  • Repeat the first exercise, assuming a standing position. So the load on the muscles of the lumbar back will be carried out.
  • Lie down on your stomach. In turn, tear off each leg from the floor surface by 25-30 cm with minimal fixation at the top point.
  • Roll onto your back. Perform simultaneous shoulder and head raises with a delay in the upper position for a few seconds. Exercise should be done until a feeling of fatigue appears.
  • While in the same position, put your hands along the torso. Perform straight leg raises with both legs.
  • Turn sideways. Slowly raise the upper leg, fix, lower. After a few lifts, roll over and do the same with the other leg.

You should finish the gymnastics by turning over on your back and bending your knees. Perform several head lifts, trying to reach her knees.
