Turkey schnitzel rolls

  • 300 g white meat turkey schnitzels;
  • boiled egg;
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard or homemade table mustard without sugar;
  • half an onion;
  • 1 st. kefir;
  • basil greens;
  • clove of garlic;
  • paprika, black pepper, a little salt.

Preparation: thinly beat off the schnitzel without tearing it. Season with salt and pepper and coat with mustard on one side. Mix the chopped egg and basil and lay out as a filling. Getting out of the diet
