This allows you to include energy from your own reserves of fats and carbohydrates. 500 g of low-fat cottage cheese is taken as a source of protein, and 3-4 green apples are also added to the menu. During the day, it is recommended to alternate these dishes, and drink as much water or unsweetened green tea as possible between meals.

The diet of this day includes boiled unpolished rice, seasoned with a small amount of olive oil, and tomato juice without salt (1.5 liters per day). Be sure to drink water between meals.

The middle of the diet for 10 days is approaching, and the first positive results can be seen. Usually by this time there is a loss of 2 - 3 extra pounds. In the menu of the fourth day - 400 g of boiled or baked fish in foil. But green vegetables - the second component in the diet of this day - can be consumed in unlimited quantities, but without salt. The menu of this day is similar to the first day of the 10-day weight loss diet. Again, you can eat steamed buckwheat, preferably without salt, and drink a glass of kefir (kefir can be replaced with a glass of milk this time). Green unsweetened tea - no restrictions.

Day 6

Usually, by this day of the diet for 7 to 10 days, a person feels muscle weakness and gets tired quickly. Enough time has passed for visible results from the diet to appear, but for the body it is still stressful. On this day, it is allowed to eat 300 g of boiled meat (beef or veal) and a salad of fresh vegetables seasoned with olive oil. This will saturate the body with protein and carbohydrates, and will make you feel much better.

After a slight respite in the form of expanding the diet the day before, the feeling of hunger is much easier to bear, and the body is ready to endure the most difficult day in this weight loss marathon. The only dish in the diet of this day will be green tea brewed in low-fat milk. The volume of the drink that you need to drink per day is 1 liter.

The eighth day of the diet for 10 days is dairy. It is allowed to drink up to 1.5 liters of kefir and eat 300 g of low-fat cottage cheese without sugar.

On this day, the body should be given unloading on non-carbonated mineral water - it is allowed to drink it in unlimited quantities. Snacks with green apples and kiwis are also allowed.

At the end of the diet, you should exit it properly in order to prepare for the usual diet. To saturate the body with fiber on this day, you need to eat oatmeal with dried fruits or pieces of fresh fruit. From fruits, the use of bananas and grapes is not recommended as very high-calorie foods.
