1 Count your calories

When it comes to calories, Aragon has a simple rule - eat in the amount corresponding to your desired weight. Let's say you weigh 220 pounds but want to lose 180 pounds. You need to consume as many calories as a person with a weight of 180 pounds.

Main formula: If you train for about an hour a week, or less, then you should add 10 to your desired weight. How many calories do you need to get every day. Combine seaweed and vinegar together to make a paste. Melt the honey in the microwave, mix into the main composition. Squeeze citrus juice here, beat the mixture with a blender. If the mask is thick, add more kelp (algae). Distribute the composition over the abdomen, wrap yourself in polyethylene. Wash off after 35-45 minutes.
  3. Coffee and glycerin. Mix 60 ml. natural black coffee with 30 ml. glycerin. Add 25 ml. papaverine (sold in a pharmacy), 50 gr. cane sugar or thick honey. In a separate bowl, dilute a bag of black clay, combine it with the first composition. Spread the mask over the skin of the abdomen, leave to dry completely (about 45 minutes). After the procedure, rinse the product first with warm, then cold water.
  4. Grapefruit and nettle. To prepare a mixture for wrapping, take 45 gr. fresh nettle leaves. Scald the plant with boiling water, eliminating the possibility of burns. Mash the nettle so that the juice comes out of it. Rinse the grapefruit, pass it through a blender along with the peel, add the plant to the citrus. Fry 80 gr. walnut kernels in a dry frying pan, grind in a coffee grinder. Add the nut crumbs to the nettle and grapefruit, mix until smooth. Make a mask, remove after 20 minutes.
  5. Cinnamon and mustard. Connect together 45 gr. cinnamon and 40 gr. mustard, add a tablespoon of honey. Pour 50 gr. blue clay, dilute the composition with cold water.
