  1. Stretching cheeks:

- We take as much air into the mouth as possible, inflate our cheeks, and squeeze them with our palms for 5 seconds, while trying to resist the pressure with our cheeks. Relax and repeat 10 times.

- Again we take air into the mouth and rotate it in a circle 10 times in one direction and the other.

  1. Smoothing nasolabial wrinkles:

- Pull wide open lips forward, depicting the sound "O" for 5 seconds. You need to do this slowly, you should feel how the muscles tense up. Repeat 10 times.
